Cisco has recently launched an extremely useful AP Channel Lookup tool. It allows you to look up your access point and all its supported channels. It takes into consideration your country, shows channels for both cloud-managed and controller-managed modes. You can also lookup the software release which new channels were introduced in. And double-check the correct regulatory domain.

Open the AP Channel Lookup tool, select your setup on the left, and click the blue access point SKU hyperlink on the right.
Select the 5 GHz band. Your answer is there. U-NII-3 channels were introduced in 17.15.2.
Does cloud-managed CW9178I access point installed in India support 6 GHz? Is Standard Power (higher transmit power) supported?

No support as of now for Low Power Indoor (LPI) or the higher Standard Power (SP) yet. LPI support coming in a future release.

All Wi-Fi 6E controller-managed APs deployed in the UK use the -ROW (Rest Of World) regulatory domain. The SKU is CW9163E-ROW.
